At Pink Fleur Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept eligible returns within 10 days of the delivery date.

Returns are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer refunds.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items returned after the 10-day return window will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, if accepted.
Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, simply write the requested size on the packing slip included with your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.
Return Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, all items must be:

New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

In resalable condition

Returned with all original tags attached

Accompanied by the original packing slip or order information
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before an exchange is approved.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry

Control bodysuits

Corsets
-
Intimates and undergarments
Additionally, clearance items and all items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Processing Time
Once your return has been received and approved, your exchange will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Items that do not meet our return requirements—including items that are worn, damaged, missing original tags, or returned outside the return window—will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return packages must be shipped prepaid.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Pink Fleur Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled during transit.
